Is anyone experiencing problems with tiles on the app and .com?
I was just looking at the app, and the active minutes, stairs, sleep and heart rate tiles have all disappeared.
Also they are not available to add on .com.
Very strange!

Everything is back. Did a 15 second restart, rather than a 10! ☺

Hello @43335132 I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around. It's nice to see you too @Odyssey13 thanks for all your help.

@43335132, I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android board as this situation is related to the app and not your device itself.

Now, usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

Give these steps a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hi @43335132

How are you viewing the app - Android, iOS or Windows? I just checked my Android app and my tiles are there. When you click to edit, you should see the missing tiles. Have you tried that?

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

I'm on Android, and edit isn't showing the missing tiles.
