Unable to chance Versa 2 clock face

If I want to change my clock face the app starts lagging and the face haz been loading on to my versa 2 for a week nothing happens..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know the name of the clock face you're trying to install? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device, check our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
