Unable to change activity type on the app

Hi,

I'm new to fitbit, I recently bought a versa 3 and installed the app (3.44) on my android phone.

I have a problem with the activity tracking. So I just completed an aerobics workout and fitbit automatically registered it as "crosstrainer", which I wanted to change. But then when I go to the right page, tap on the pencil, and type "aerobics" as trainingstype, I get a pop-up saying I have to "put in the right distance" ?? And then field turns blank again.

I have the exact same issue when I try to add a training which the watch didn't track at all (like yoga). What do I do?? Thanks in advance!

@Evavanvugt Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like you to make sure you're tracking workouts using SmartTrack or the exercise app on your Versa 3.

If you're still unable to change the activity type, let's try the following:

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Clear the app cache

- Restart your phone

- Log back in and change the activity type

Hope this helps.
