My versa currently comes up clock error on the screen. Stating that i need to go to mobile app and try a new clock face.
The mobile app will not open the clock face or apps. It comes up with the message 'cannot access this page'
Is anyone else having the same provlem? How can i solve it?

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, and let's work on this together. It's odd that you're getting an error message on your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app. Just to confirm, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Do you have the same issue while changing any other setting in the Fitbit app?
I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:
If you see an error message on the Fitbit app, take a screenshot of it and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
