When I try to change clock faces im told mobile fitbit app not available.

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me. Seems odd that even after following the steps from my previous post you're still experiencing difficulties changing the clock face of your Fitbit device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit and mobile device are you using? Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you receive at the moment you try to change the clock face? Please refer to this post for step-by-step instructions of how to attach a screenshot into your post.
