Unable to change clock face

When I try to change clock faces im told mobile fitbit app not available.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're receiving such error message. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? To resolve this, I recommend you to try the below steps and then check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi Ricardo done all you asked and still can't change  faces on blaze ,guess I will have to stick with what I've got thanks anyway. Eddie.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Seems odd that even after following the steps from my previous post you're still experiencing difficulties changing the clock face of your Fitbit device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit and mobile device are you using? Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you receive at the moment you try to change the clock face? Please refer to this post for step-by-step instructions of how to attach a screenshot into your post.

Hi Ricardo,tried emailing,your in box was ful,failed delivery twice.   Great news,I went thro all 6 suggested options and at last was successful,still don't know what was wrong but I'm happy,thanks.
