Ujust got fitbit today but it will not allow me to connect me to my contacts or facebook       its stressing me out lol

How do i connect my app to face book i have logged out and back in and even deleted the app and reinstalled and it still wont connect

I registered mine with my email and it won't let me find Friends on Facebook.

Yes i have i went on to my laptop and registered it all on there and found
all my friends and added them all on laptop and when they accept the appear
on my phone app

Hello @Humie34, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if you are seeing some type of error when you try to connect your Facebook account? Feel free to provide me more details to find a solution.

 

If you choose to connect your Fitbit and Facebook account you need to do the following:

 

Depending of your location you will see either the Community tab or Friends tab. Access here and go to the Friends option > Tap the "Add" pink icon in the lower corner > Swipe to the Facebook option and proceed to connect your accounts following the onscreen steps.

When trying to sync, a thinking circle comes up and it just keeps spinning. Then it states unable to find facebook friends. However at the same time, when using an actual computer, my friends pop up.

I too am.having the same issue. After pressing the + Add button, I get the message No Facebook friends were found.

 

There must be a glitch somewhere. Please fix this.
