I have tried everything to change my clock image on my Fitbit with no luck. I have a picture of a cat and everything I try I cannot change it. I get a message stating Unable to connect to device. I have restarted my phone, restarted Bluetooth and uninstalled the Fitbit app and started over. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Hi @CKarsteter, welcome on board. It's nice to see a new face around!
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit isn't syncing correctly, and thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. Nice way to go! To investigate, let me know the model of your Fitbit device, as well your phone's model and Android version. Also, please try the following steps:
- Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
-
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage and Clear Cache.
-
Then, go back to the previous screen, and tap “Force stop”.
- Reboot your phone one more time and restart your Fitbit device.
- Open the Fitbit app and sync your Fitbit device.
- Then, try changing the clock face one more time.
Keep me posted.

Hi @CKarsteter,. I'm glad to see you here, and I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for getting back. I understand where are you coming from, and I'm sorry that you're experiencing this situation. Just to confirm, did you try the steps posted above? Did you receive an error message? Also, please provide me with your phone's model.
Since your Versa isn't connecting, please verify if the Fitbit app and your phone are updated to the latest version. Also, try to remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings and set it up as a new device to reconnect your Versa to your account.
I look forward to your reply.
