Hallo. Ik krijg geen verbinding tussen fitbitcharge2 en huawei8. Hij blijft heel lang ''zoeken''. Soms 'tracker gevonden''. Maar toch geen verbinding tussen de 2 apparaten

Hallo @Cindywijnants, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community!
At this time the Fitbit Community and Customer Support isn't staffed to provide service in Dutch. We'll be happy to assist you in English, Spanish, German, French, Korean, Mandarin, Italian or Japanese and hope to support more languages in the future!
Bedankt voor je geduld en begrip, tot ziens.

Hi there @Cindywijnants, nice to have you back here in the Community! Regarding your question, if you have a Huawei Ascend P8, then you should be able to connect your Charge 2 with the Fitbit app.
By any chance are you receiving an error when you try to set up your tracker?
For more context, I will like to share with you the following video for additional help on how to set up your tracker with the Fitbit app for Android.
If you are not going through the set up process successfully, the following steps might be of your help too:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Try setting up your device again.
- Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around for more help.
