One of my apps on the ionic: Calculator (deleted) doesn't load when I click on it so I can't click "uninstall" and I am unsure how to get rid of it.

Hello @Cantryboy, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if you have tried to restart your tracker? It would be a good way to troubleshoot this issue. For more details these steps might be of your help:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around!

Hello there @Cantryboy, thank you for the screenshot and my apologies for my absence after our last interaction.
I saw this is happening in the Fitbit app directly. Since it has been a while since you posted, I'm wondering how it goes so far? Have your tried to reset the app on your phone?
There is a new version for the Fitbit app that was released recently, I recommend to check if the update is already available for you: Android app version 2.66 is now available - 2/5
Additionally log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
See you later!

I tried all that so I called Fitbit customer support and they said they were aware it is an issue.

same issue here, but with all apps and clocks. it happened with latest firmware update. my device was quite full of apps and the update installled a few more that I wont use. I also a tried factory reset Ionic and re-installation of the app without success. it also dosen't help that the Ionic cannot be sync with a PC.

Same issue here. I cannot uninstall or install any apps or clock faces. Problem started with firmware update watch was fine before that.
I "finally" had a firmware update pushed to my Ionic (v27.70.7.14, the update that allows up to 5 clock faces on the Ionic). Since that firmware update, I cannot install any clock faces or apps (I cannot even uninstall apps). When I choose a clock face (or app) to install, I just get the spinning circle icon (in the Android app) that just spins forever and the clock face (or app) is not installed. I have tried every troubleshooting option imaginable, but still have the same issue. Ironically, the Ionic is still syncing with my phone and everything else seems to be working.
I am very frustrated.
