It's been 10 days without flex stats on my Verizon samsung s5. I cannot download the app to my computer. It freezes at 10%. Can you please give us an update?

Hello @Harmoniehoney, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community. I would like to clarify where are you trying to download the app, is it in your phone or the computer as you mentioned latter in your post?
If is your phone try to restart your phone and make sure all the google services are running the lasts updates so it allow you to download the Fitbit app with no troubles. If the app is working in your Samsung S5 you are able to sync with no need of your computer, unless you are experiencing issues with this. If this is the case just let me know.
If the freeze is happening with your computer let me know what platform are you using, is it Windows 10 or a Mac computer? The most common to try is to restart your computer and give it another try.
If this is happening with Windows 10
- Open the Windows Store app.
- Click on the account logo in the upper-right corner of the app, then click on your account name.
- Click on you account name in the new box, then click Sign out.
- Click on the icon in the upper-right corner again, then click Sign in and choose your account name again.
- If the issue persist try to reset the cache of the store
- Click Start, then type "wsreset" and select wsreset
- When the Store app opens, see if your downloads are working.

My flex hasn't synced with my phone in over two weeks. (After the samsung update). A status uplate on this would be nice. Right now it's just a a piece of junk... maybe costco will give me my money back.
I'll try your tips for downloading the app again on the computer.
