Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately, I didn't completely understand your post to move forward and provide you with troubleshooting steps to get you back on track. That said, can you please provide more information and details about the issue you're experiencing with your Versa 2 and your Amazon Fire 7? Are you unable to download the Fitbit app or to setup your Fitbit device?

Thank you, but I have sorted the problem, the only problem I now have is how slow it is to sync, any suggestions?

I'm happy to know that your issue was resolved. If you are experiencing syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
