Is there still no way to download music from a Chromebook?? This is ridiculous 😞

Yes, seriously,  until the Chrome OS is rewritten for the OS to be able to connect to a connected bluetooth device  - fitbit's hands are tied.

This is also why a user can not sync through a web browser.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Just as @Rich_Laue mentioned, Chromebooks are not compatible with Fitbit devices due to Bluetooth connection difficulties. Keep in mind that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, your feedback is really appreciated.
