I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but I still cannot log on.. I keep getting the round circle like it's trying or thinking about it. Help!

Hello there @DDelargy. My first recommendation here to reboot your mobile device and to try a few times with a restart if your tracker isn't syncing neither and if this isn't doing the magic, please review this article: "I can't sync my tracker". I'm sure this will give you more tips to resolved the issue.
