Hi all,
A few days ago I received my new phone (Huwawei P30 Pro). So I installed my Fitbit app on the phone. At first it worked like it should do, but after a day or two it 'freezes'. When I open the app, I see a white screen with the blue Fitbit logo. Normally, it continues to open the app but now it doesn't.
I've already removed the app on my phone and installed it again several times. But each time, it stops working after a day or two.
Can someone please help me?

Hi @Muriel72, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persists.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
