This is ridiculous. This is at least the 3rd time in the year span that I've owned this device that it stopped syncing with my phone. I've tried turning bluetooth on/off and unpairing my device. Nothing is working. My old device was given to me so when it "quit working properly", I chalked it up to a used device and upgraded to.the Charge 2. Apparently a big mistake, because these devices appear to be useless upon almost a year of use. Very disappointed.
