Fitbit is useless when you are having a Android phone.

I am very sorry to say that no body is taking care of this

Hello @A.kapil.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on and get your Fitbit to pair to your Android 9 device.

 

The first thing I' recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you might have already tried some of the steps there, please try going through all of them in order. They should definitely help in getting it all to sync and work correctly.
