Hello,
Since the last version update for either fitbit or my phone, I've not been receiving text, email, or phone call notifications. I"m on a Samsung Galaxy S10 that updated September 19th.
Other apps will still send notifications but, again, not receiving texts, emails, or phone call notifications. I've tried everything I know to do.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for your efforts while troubleshooting your Fitbit device. First of all currently your Samsung Galaxy S10 isn't a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized to work with this model and this could be the reason of this issue. There isn't a guarantee that it'll always work and although you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following in the given order:
