Has the food choices in the fitbit app changed? Recently I cannot find name brand foods in search like I use to find. It is frustrating because I do not want to use a different food app. It use to be good to find foods easy.

@Carol456 Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned.
I've moved your post to the Android board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. The way food is logged in the app hasn't changed, you can still look for name brands and the food will pop up, please try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it > Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Hope this helps.

I did the above changes and it still does not help. I use to be able to get Member Mark , Sam's choice, Barber, Pal's items. They are not there now.

This app for food logging has definitely changed. When I search to log
food, the name brands that I commonly use are not there. For example,
search for kefir use to bring up several options of Lifeway kefirs to
choose from. Now it give just one kefir choice and the rest are chocolate
options!!
I cannot find Sam's Choice options, Members Mark, Pals menu, etc. It is
very limited. I do not want to go out and use a second app.
I have changed phones from a Moto to a Samsung recently, but both use
Google browser and this should not be an issue.
Frustrated,
Carol Bittinger

@Carol456 Thank you for getting back. I see where your frustration is coming from.
I'd like you to make sure that you've selected the correct food database, this could be the reason why the name brands you're trying to log aren't showing up, to do so:
Hope this helps.

@Carol456 Glad to hear it worked. Probably that's what happened, continue enjoying logging food by name brands.
Have a great reset of the week.
