Hi I have updated to the new app but i am unable to track my badges, when i earn one it looks like it back tracks to the old dashboard just to show what was achieved, are badges being taken out in the new dashboard?

 

Because if so i think this is a big mistake as I think this is one of tbe best features of the android app.

Hello @Zedge95, I see this is your first post, so let me give you the welcome to our Community boards. About the badges note that the new design of the app should not affect this portion of your account. I believed too this is an important part of the Fitbit so rest assure the option has not been removed. 

 

To access to your badges from the mobile app, regardless you are using the new Dashboard, is to tap on your Account tab. From here tap on your profile picture and you will have available all your earned badges.

If you are seeing something different, please let me know and if you can, feel free to share screenshots of the app so I can have a closer look to the issue.

 

As an additional note, make sure you have the most recent version of the Fitbit app which is 2.43.

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.
