I recently got a new phone (went from galaxy s8+ to the s10) and now I cannot read my texts on my Fitbit. I have tried everything that I have read in other posts on here and cannot make it work. When I receive a message, my Fitbit vibrates and it says 1 new message, but I cannot open it or actually read the message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Please keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy S10 is not listed as a compatible mobile device with our products and services yet, therefore, you can experience certain connection difficulties with it.
