I have an additional problem since updating. I am unable to set Target Sleep Schedule under Sleep Goals. Whatever I enter is ignored and it reverts to the default of 12:00 am for both Bedtime and Wake up Time

Hi Guys. I've solved it. If you imagine there is an OK button to the right of the Cancel button and press it, then the time will set.
It looks to me like the box is not wide enough to fit the OK button, if that makes sense.
It worked for me.

Very frustrating. Someone from fitbit needs to resolve already.

This did not work for me. I’ve tried changing the font size. That doesn’t do anything in the setting target sleep schedule. Every time I change the bed time it self adjusts the wake up time. I can’t set them for the times I would like. This is just maddening they Fitbit has not addressed this. This has obviously been an issue for a long time.

Thank you so much 🙏 ... I realised I had made my font bigger on the phone so once I changed that the OK button appeared.
Strange that FitBit don't make the app more intuitive.
Thanks again.

How did you make your screen smaller? I'm on an Android.

Jim12 the same thing is happening with me. I did the the stop, did the uninstall...did the reinstall and it was the same...no change. There does not appear to be a way to ENTER the changes. The options are only "remove" and "Cancel". I tried the small computer icon in the lower left corner and go to a page that showed the time and digital form...with a SET TIME on top. Again the "remove" and "cancel" was there too...nothing. I thought the SET TIME might be the enter...it was not. I was able to change my Time Asleep Goal, but that was because the option to do so was under the sleep icon on the website. I would recommend to FITBIT that they add the Target Sleep Schedule option to the same icon. Tried everything...but, nothing worked. I spoke with a rep from Fitbit for an hour...we tired everything, but nothing worked.

Jim,
The key to solving this not being able to change Target Sleep Schedule was pointed out by JOGGER, earlier...I did not see his comments. IT is FONT SIZE...I had mine on LARGE, once I changed it to the smallest. The OK was could be seen in the lower right hand corner. It worked once I could press OK. This solution should be listed under the main title question. I would not have known what to do if I had not read JOGGER's comments. Thanks JOGGER! Much appreciated. But, Fitbit should still add this option to their website page like the Time Asleep Goal is located. Thanks for this blog.
