I have had this Fitbit Alta HR for about 10 months and it was working fine. However about 2 months ago it stopped syncing. I have tried everything. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Deleted my profile and created a new one. Reset the fit bit, reset my phone, turned bluetooth off and on again and still nothing works. Everyone I try to pair the device my phone finds it and I put the passcode in. It then says connecting but then says failed to connect. Any solutions? My phone I used to have was a razor1. I now have a Razor2.
