Unable to setup Charge 2

My charge 2 won't sync with the app so I unpaired and now trying to pair but it won't. It finds the tracker, tracker shows the pin that I enter on app but pairing does get completed successfully!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

 

Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.

Hello,

 

I see one of my phone Nokia 8.1 is not listed in the compatible device list. Though charge 2 did work with this phone for sometime, since last few weeks it has stopped syncing with Nokia 8.1

 

But I have Moto G 5 as well and I see it is compatible device, but charge 2 is not paring with this device as well, again in past with same device it used to sync fine.

Just as you stated, the Nokia phone is not compatible but the Motorola Moto G5 it's, therefore, your Charge 2 should connect with it without any problem. To move forward with this situation, can you please let me know if you tried the troubleshooting steps that were shared above?

After trying a few times I was able to sync with Moto G5 phone.
