I am attempting to set up my Inspire on a Samsung S7 and the app was crashing if I left the home screen, now it won't load. Does anyone know if it is connected to the iOs issues that FitBit users are experiencing?

Hi @ALR1985, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate he information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this crash inconvenience? Also, is your Fitbit app and Android operating system up to date? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. You can also try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your credentials.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
