Hello community,
2 days back, I bought Versa 2 for my wife as gift. Really disappointed. Versa not connecting to fitbit Android app.
Please help.

I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Since two phones have been mentioned, choose a new phone and turn the Bluetooth off on the other phones me. Now on the chosen phone, remove the Fitbit from the Bluetooth.
Clear the phones cache and force stop the app.
