I'm really pissed off at this point 🤦🏿‍:female_sign:. My boyfriend got me a Versa 2 for my birthday and I was happy to have this watch. The first day I got it it was VERY slow to install but after doing everything on the box I thought everything after that was gonna be fine. But less than a week later, I was totally wrong. It kept unsyncing from my phone though I have my settings to "Always Sync". It denies my Bluetooth connection, and never approved it since I got it. So after all that time and energy I thought: I guess we can reset it, I don't mind. But now it refuses to connect, even though I have a strong internet connection, I sat near the router to be sure it can sense it and the watch has full battery life. I'm thinking about returning it, but I really don't want to but again it's too much of a hassle to deal with. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and constantly played with the power button but nothing is working now. What should I do? 

 

My phone is a LG Tribute Dynasty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. 

 

Keep in mind that your mobile device is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
