My fitbit versa2 won’t connect with my phone. I have done all the suggested steps. But when I wanted to connect the device, after the code it won’t do anything. All the apps and software are up to date.
It worked before, but it stopped syncing, so I thought reconnecting the device to the app. But now it does absolutely nothing.
Does anybody know a solution?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy J5 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.
