I am using Fitbit charge2 with iPhone 5s, things were all fine but one day my iphone stopped working and i had to change my phone to Samsung Galaxy A70 . Now i am not able to setup my Fitbit to Samsung Galaxy A70.
The phone is finding the tracker and the code is displayed in tracker screen. But the setup is stuck after entering the code in Fitbit app. I tried to setup fitbit in windows 10 PC also but the result was same i.e. after entering the code, the app gets stuck.
Please help.

I hope this will help you visit
Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and lower back on. Open the Fitbit app. if your Fitbit tool did not sync, restart your iPhone or iPad. ... if your Fitbit device might not sync after the restart, log in for your Fitbit account on a unique smartphone, tablet, or computer and try to sync

Samsung A70
Charge2
Tried all the forum suggestions out there I can find.... several times.
Fitbit generates unique pairing code, phone accepts code.....
"Taking longer than usual" blah blah..... anddd.. times out. Samsung A70 is not on the supported list, but all the same, it's just bluetooth protocols.
Charge2 is proven working, used successfully on my nexus 6, just upgraded to the A70, charge2 refuses to pair....
Say it together kids....
"Planned obsolescence"
If it's fixed I may consider continuing to be a Fitbit customer.

Fitbit have confirmed that the Galaxy A70 phones are not supported yet and won't sync because of this. They are planning on adding this to the supported device lost but don't have a timeframe and the best thing to do is download the app onto a different device i.e another phone, ipad, tablet or computer.

Funny thing this planned obselesence.
Before I updated the app on my phone the charge 2 worked great with my samsung A70.
The software wiz kids are out of control again, not knowing what they are messing up because they only add patches and never check their work with devices prior to sending it out. Hence they mess up again.

Still can't pair my charge 2 with Samsung A8 (on supported list).
Previous discussion topic was closed because they said that this issue was fixed with this new update 3.5. Still will not pair, same thing sees the charge 2, gives the code, enter code and then says, something wrong, try again? Tried turning bluetooth on and off. Uninstalled app and then reinstalled still no luck. Been like this for 7 months now. I guess it's time for a new smartwatch on Black Friday.

I am not able to setup my Charge 2 on Samsung Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A8 also. I tried restarting, reinstalling the app, disable/enable Bluetooth, stop searching for bluetooth defices... Even my old Fitbit Flex doesn't work on A70. I managed once to start pairing, and after entering the pairing code setup stopped.

Had the same problem...but managed to get it going on A70. I reset my Fitbit while on the charger by holding it for say 10 seconds; I then updated my tracker software using a different device an samsung A5. I then uninstalled the Fitbit app on the a70. Restarted a70. Downloaded Fitbit app- .....synced and works perfectly
