I have an Samsung s9 and a Fitbit Versa 2. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, followed all the correct directions to set up notifications and I still can't get any???

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured with your Samsung Galaxy S9. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have tried all of those solutions multiple times before and I have not been able to get anything to work. I'm thinking that there's something wrong with the programming of the app with the compatibility of Android phones

Your effort troubleshooting your device is appreciated. To move forward with this, can you please send me a screenshot of your notifications settings so I can verify that everything is correctly configured? You can check this post as a reference to attach an image into your post.
