I have successfully used my Charge 3 for 9 months. The screen went blank! No resets would work and a replacement was sent after discussion with Fitbit Help line. The replacement would not start or connect to my Huawei phone, even under help phone instruction. Fit bit has sent another. This time we get as far as the Ap screen is saying “It is taking longer to connect than usual”. The fit bit it self is just show a faint white line across the screen and no other sign of life.
The phone Blue tooth is working fine with my car.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
