I am having trouble setting up my Fibit Charge for the first time.I believe that I have it charged and some logs done.But,sometimes it seems like the logs aren't being fully saved for my Fitbit,food,& other logs.Please HELP with any suggestions.My new update for my Fitbit Charge HR ; I got a new Samsung d Galaxy J3 Prime that I need to resync.Can anyone please help tell how to sync this type of phone with a Fitbit?

Hi,I just got a new Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime how can I setup and sync it to Fitbit Charge or Charge HR?

Hi there @jessika78

 

In regards of your inquiry, I've checked the compatible devices list and the Galaxy J3 is not listed there. Even though is not supported if your mobile device meets these minimum requirements: Android 4.4 (KitKat) you can attempt following these syncing troubleshoots.
