Unable to sync Blaze with Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

I have been unable.to sync my blaze with my new phone.  Is it possible or are the 2 not compatible.  Please Help!!!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.

Is my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not compatible with my Blaze? I used to sync my Blaze to my Samsung Galaxy 9 all the time.is this going to be addressed by Fitbit? I have been using my Samsung Galaxy Wearable watch instead but I miss Fitbit

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

On the Blaze try turning on Bluetooth Classic. It is under settings. It works for my Note 10+ however you will not get text but you can at least sync the two.

Curious if there has been an update to this thread? Husband was gifted a Fitbit blaze and has been trying to get it to sync all night.
