My fitbit Alta hasn't synced in 11 days ! When i pressed the exclamation point that pops up , it says , " tracker not found " . My fitbit Alta works fine , it still counts my steps , calories and active minutes , e.t.c. But my app doesn't sync all the information. Please help !!! thank you
