Unable to sync Fitbit Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the whole month of July the Fitbit App won't sync with my Fitbit Versa Lite that I've had for 2 months. Its become so frustrating I've just deleted and uninstalled the App entirely. Please fix the App. Thank you very much.

Hello @Allie_Kun thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums. It's a pleasure for me to assist you with the syncing difficulties you're currently experiencing.

Seems odd that you're unable to sync your device as the way we designed it, thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Its been an ongoing issue since July 22nd. You should look at the ratings and comments on the Apps Download Page in the play store. There are over 30 posts and ratings like mine. I'm not the only one having this issue. And I've already checked the "Why won't my Fitbit sync?" page. Nothing helped. Please fix the issue with the App. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply and update @Allie_Kun, sorry for the delay in responding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and comments in your post, the feedback that was provided is appreciated. Also, thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps that were previously shared. Since the step from the help article were already tried, please try the following:

  1. Restart your Versa Lite.
  2. Please on the phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and remove all the connections that exist with the device. (Forget device, ignore or unpair depending on the version of the operating system of the phone).
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth and restart the phone.
  4. When the mobile device s is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again but do not attempt to connect to the Fitbit from here.
  5. Go on the app and try setting up the Versa Lite as a new device.

Please make sure that your Android mobile device is compatible with our products and services.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
