Would like to talk to someone about my Fitbit it want sync to my Samsung Galaxy 7 I get data on my phone just not on the Fitbit.. got it in December. From HSN. I was told I had a year manufactory warrant. Please I have been Calling for 2 months.

Do you have mobile track enabled in the Fitbit app on the phone? I wonder where the app is getting the data if the tracker isn't working?
Or is the tracker working and its display is not?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? Is your Fitbit not tracking any information at all or specific stats? When was the first time you experienced this issue? Are you using MobileTrack or a third-party app like Strava to sync information? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.
