It's not my first time to ask for help in the same topic.
I bought the Versa 2 watch in January and the time my phone and watch got connected was only 10 days.
They can't sync for the past 2 months and I don't see any help on this.
I restart my phone, delete and reinstall the app many times. Everytime I did that, they got connected/sync for 10 min then it failed again.
Then I start to restart my watch and factory reset it. Same result.
This is even worse than getting a no brand Android watch. Very disappointing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting, I understand how frustrating sync issue can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your OnePlus 6 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
