I've had my versa 4 for almost a year with really no problems.. if I go on the app from my android phone and hit sync now... there is a little red circle with ! Point in the middle and will not let the sync happen...???

Yes thank you this was very helpful. I had ultimately turned off my
Bluetooth and back on... problem solved.... just that simple!!!
