Hello @Lisadh2734 welcome to the Community Forums! ![]()
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
Best AnswerI have not been able to sync my zip on either phone or laptop since August 13. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling app, turning on and bluetooth so far. It is becoming very annoying. Sorry you are having problems as well. But, glad to see that with so many people being effected an answer will hopefully be on the way.

Best AnswerI tried everything and my flex won’t sync with neither of my IPads after the last update. I hope Fitbit has another update to fix it
Best AnswerAfter exhausting all their suggestions (updating phone, turn phone off and on, etc) they offered me 25% off a new device. Clearly, they aren't looking to fix the update from aug 13th.
That’s ridiculous, we should have an option to roll back the update when it makes it useless until they fix it.
I haven’t received any iPad bug repair updates for my Flex. The Flex has a reset hole in the charger that I tried hitting while it was trying to sync and it worked. After I took it out of the charger and back in the wrist band it wouldn’t sync after multiple tries. I tried the reset in the charger again while it was trying to sync and it worked again. Now it’s been syncing the last four times without having to reset it in the charger.

Best AnswerFitbit One is $299.92 on Amazon so it must be discontinued to charge that much.
Best AnswerWhenever something is discontinued stores charge a lot for what few are left. The Fitbit sales website doesn’t sell the Fitbit One anymore or at least I couldn’t find it.
Best AnswerI found this from earlier in the year for the same problem, and it worked for me:
@DontHassleHoff wrote:Just got off the phone with customer support. Grace was a life-saver. She solved my problem. Here are the steps she walked me though:
- Log out of the FB app.
- Turn off the phone's Bluetooth.
- Restart the FB tracker.
- Insert the tracker into the charging cable.
- Press and hold the button on the tracker for 15 seconds. Not 10-12. 15 seconds. The device should not light up when removed from the charging cable.
- Remove the FB from the charging cable.
- Press the button one time to restart the tracker
- Turn on the phone Bluetooth.
- Restart the FB app.
- My tracker started syncing right away.
If you don't have success, call FB Tech Support at 877-623-4997.
Good luck.

I have a fitbit One, and it hasn't been properly syncing to my android app for at least a week now. Didn't notice if it corresponded to an app update, but my best guess is that's the case. It's so frustrating!
I have to Rube Goldberg the heck out of my charger, One, dongle, phone settings, and app to get it to sync. Using my account on a computer browser is fine...the browser version will evem pick up my One steps and any water, exercise that I enter into my app, but the app won't work other way around. The app will sync my One steps once in the morning /early afternoon.
The only "solution" is to plug your Fitbit device to charge, hold the power button until it turns off, close the phone app, and then turn off location and Bluetooth on your phone as well. Then turn on location, restart the app, turn on your device, then immediately go to your Bluetooth screen and turn it on to pair your device IN THAT ORDER. Sometimes my phone will say pairing rejected by One, but after a few more attempts and restarting the app yet again, it magically syncs.
Now the only problem is that, the next day, the app will not show the steps, water, and food that it had synced the days before and will only display data entered via the app the entire time
