Unable to sync after Fitbit app update

 My Fitbit One is not syncing ever since they had the update anyone else having this problem? What can I do?

My Fitbit one will not sync no matter what I do 😭

I am back to syncing with the app on my computer. The app on my android phone is not reliable for syncing, but surprisingly, sometimes it has done it through the Bluetooth which is what it should do. Very frustrating.

It's probably the latest updates of the app that have broken the sync with some devices. 
Some people have found solution with the earlier version of the Fitbit app 2.90. Google "Fitbit app 2.90 mirror" (without the quotes) and install that version. Before that, make sure you have gone into Android settings -> Apps. There, find the app and delete Cache / Data and then uninstall. Reboot your phone and install the 2.90 version.
Mind you, Fitbit 2.90 version probably does not support Fitbit Premium and there is a chance it might not be able to find and pair with Versa 2 (someone could maybe confirm this? ) as V2 had not been released back then.

So, an update on the situation. My flex is syncing again with my phone... as a side effect the flex's battery is now dead in 2 days instead of 5-7 days...

Thanks fitbit, I still hate it.
