I have tried everything....restarting phone, uninstalling app, force quit, everything is up to date and my device still can't be found and hasn't synced since Monday. HELP!

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties with your Google Pixel 2, even more when such mobile device is compatible with our products and services. So we can move forward with this, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post were tried? This could be occurring due to a missing requirement on your phone. Please keep me posted.
