Are your phone & tablet running Android 6.0 OS, @Rebex-1999? If so, make sure you have Location Services enabled - Google requires Location Services to be enabled in order to use the Bluetooth services.

Hi there @Rebex-1999, welcome aboard to our Community. In addition to the recommendation from @USAF-Larry, keep in mind in order to sync with your mobile device is require to pair your tracker first. I wasn't able to see on your Community profile that you have a tracker paired.
So If you need the steps to pair your tracker, make sure to follow this video for more help.
