Unable to sync my Blaze with Huawei P10 now

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using my blaze since Feb with a LG G3. It was fine and few months ago I changed to Huawei P10. Nothing happened until I tried to save battery by turning off phone Bluetooth and manually sync my Blaze every week. That sync took so long (probably an hour or more, I didn't notice), and I have to keep my phone awake to sync. Moreover, few days ago I forgot to charge my Blaze and it shut down. When I turned it on the time clock shown was incorrect so I tried to sync it manually but it just keep syncing forever. I've also tried to delete Blaze on app and wanted to pair it again. I am able to enter the number on Blaze display, but it just keeps saying "connecting"..........

Hi there @Yanka. Nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! Please be aware these mobile devices are not listed as compatible in our list of Supported Devices. So it's probably you may encounter some difficulties to sync or in this case, pair your tracker back.

It would not hurt to try the following steps for setting up your tracker:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Try setting up your device again.
  3. Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Try setting up your device again.
  5. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
  6. Try setting up your device again.
  7. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

For syncing issues perhaps you will find more useful these suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)

If is not working, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

See you later and let me know if you have other questions.
