Charge 2 not syncing with my phone

My charge 2 will not stay synced with my phone. And the notifications don't work anymore (They are not muted or turned off already checked multiple times)

It is possible your tracker is not receiving notifications due to the same issue is not syncing with your phone. So for this take a look at this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
