Unable to sync my Fitbit, it displays "Fitbit.com is down for maintenance"

I can't sync my fitbit on my samsung phone, so I logged out of my account. Now I can't log back in and it's saying that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. How long will this get up and running?

I had this too, and somehow it now started working when I turned the WiFi off on my phone.

Thanks. Just removed app and now downloading it and switched off and then on my wifi. Seems to be doing something. So frustrating. Sent from my Galaxy

The best part is that if I turn it back on, my Fitbit won't sync again....

Oh no, that's not good. Luckily, I've just managed to get it all working again now and I haven't lost any of my steps! Phew, as I'm in the lead on a challenge.... You need to contact fitbit helpline. they were good when mine didn't work. Good luck

I see where your frustration is coming from. If your Fitbit is still not syncing to your Fitbit app, please perform this syncing troubleshooting and continue monitoring its functionality. 

 

If you experience the same after the procedure mentioned above, let me know the phone model, OS installed and if you're getting any error message.
