Inspire HR synced fine for the first 3 days. Not its a struggle of restarting BT or restarting my phone a few times whenever I want it to sync.
I noticed Pixel 3 isnt listed as supported?
Any tips?

Thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting. Let me share with you that the Google Pixel 3 is in fact compatible with our products and services. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
