I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't syncing, I'll help you out with this. There are some factors that may prevent your device from syncing. For this reason, please verify the following information:

 

  • Please verify your phone's model to see if it appears in our supported devices list.
  • Let me know the model of your Fitbit device. 
  • Make sure the Android and Fitbit app version are updated to the latest version.
  • If you have other Bluetooth connections nearby, turn them off.
  • Verify if the location services are enabled.

 

Also, I'd suggest to try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  4. Turn the Bluetooth back on and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Try syncing one more time.
