havnt used my Fitbit for a while gone to use it and it will not sync I have tried it so many times I have a Samsung s8 and a Fitbit versa can you help?

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.
Let's try to follow all of the steps shown in this help article. They should definitely help in getting the Versa and S8 to sync correctly.
In the meantime please let me know when did this start happening.
