after last update noticed my Alta HR wouldn't stay synced, have done all the trouble shooting recommended, still doesn't work. call customer support today only to be told my Samsung 4 is no longer compatible , so unless want to hook to my home computer several times a week or update my phone it is no longer going to sync. Have had less than 2 years, now have a gloried watch that wont stay charged because constantly searching for blue tooth( which can't be turned off by the way) , guess I'll trash it. Cheaper than buying a new phone!
