Unable to sync with my phone

The last two days my mobile can not sync . Syncing is possible on my tablet . I tried everything but no results!

Hello @Ansvandenmeijde, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! It's been a few days since you posted here and my apologies for the late response.

 

I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?

 

You mentioned that you've tried everything on your own, so as a matter of confirmation and review if there is nothing additional to try, I 'm going to share with you this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also make sure your table is not causing some sort of interference, is possible is trying to sync at the same time of your other devices.
