When I uncheck the options shown in the picture below and sync it to my charge HR, it does not work as intended. Sometimes it will set things back to default or put things in an order I didn't choose. Rarely will it display the items I want in the correct order - if ever - and it always shows at least one item I didn't check. Another problem is that the 'main goal' does not have an option to be checked or unchecked to be shown or hidden. I have tried every combination (and switched all items to the 'Main Goal') to get this to work and nothing works to get only 'Clock', 'Heartrate' and the next 'Silent Alarm' (shows if you have one set up) to show.
This is my second charge HR (firmware 18.102) and it has done the same thing and its been the same.
My phone is a Sprint HTC One M7 with the Official Android FitBit app version 2.17.2.
Here I'm aiming to get clock, heart rate and the next silent alarm to show and only those three items and in that order (silent alarm isn't on this list but it shows if you have one set up). 'Steps' does not have an option to check/uncheck and neither does the current 'Main Goal,' 'Distance', in this situation. The next 'Silent Alarm' always shows at the end if you have one set up and I do want that but some people may not.
Right after I synced with the screen showed above, on that screen's sync option, it shows, in order:
1. Clock
2. Heartrate
3. Steps
4. Distance
5. Next silent alarm

Sprint HTC ONE M7
Charge HR - Extra Large - Black
Current Firmware Version: 18.122
Android App Version 2.20.1
With the options set as shown in the below screenshot I get the following options when I push the button on my Charge HR:
1. Time
2. Heart Rate
3. Distance (miles)
4. Next Alarm.
It is not working as I want it to - I want it to only show Time, Heart Rate and Next Alarm.
I'd also want to know what the current day is (Monday, etc) but there's only 4 time faces to choose from and there's not one that's perfect for what I want.

Welcome back @SunsetRunner! This is really interesting. I'll be forwarding this inconvenience to our specialist team. In the meantime you can try to set your option from your online Dashboard on your Account Settings. There is a clock face that includes the current day and date.
Good luck!

Just tried that on the website and synced but it still shows my current goal (in miles) - of which I can not uncheck.
Also, there are only 4 display types and none include the day such as Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc. It only shows Month and date number - not day names - and I really want day names.
And, if possible, I want to be able to check how much battery I have left on the tracker.
I have active syncing turned off because it drains my phone and fitbit's battery signifigantly, so I only sync when needed (waking up, halfway through the day and at night). Also, it automatically syncs every time I open the app or change to parts of the app and that's unfavorable as I can't turn that feature off and its draining battery every sync. I probably sync 3 times in a 30 second second visit to the app without me wanting to sync - and that auto feature is turned off but it doesn't stop that type of syncing.
This is what I see on the website and on my android fitbit app: (for clock options; they're identical on the app)

Hey @SunsetRunner! Thank you for your update, you can try to uncheck this options from your online Dashboard. If you want to have your distance in Kilometers you need to switch from Feet to Centimeter on your personal information. Currently your tracker doesn't show the day, like you there are more friends that want to have this option available, you can submit your idea in our Feature Request board.
I'd also recommend making sure your tracker is charging properly by checking the following:
- The charging cable is plugged into a working USB port.
- The end plugged into the tracker fits securely.
- A battery image appears on the tracker's display.
Hope this helps.
